What is collected
Only the information you voluntarily submit through the materials request form: full name, company (optional), professional role, email address, the project you are interested in, and your message. Consent is recorded together with the submission.
Why it is processed
Your data is processed solely to review and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in a secured European cloud database accessible only to the site owner. They are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship, and deleted on request.
Sharing
Your data is never sold, published, or shared for marketing purposes. It may be processed by the hosting and database providers acting as data processors on the controller's instructions.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Private materials area
Access to the private area is protected by project-specific access codes validated on the server. A technical session cookie records that a code was accepted; no confidential material is transmitted before authentication.
